About us
Irudek is an independent family-owned company, founded in 1990 in Tolosa, Basque Country, with the mission to “create innovative and high-quality safety products for everyone.” We specialize in manufacturing products known for their innovative design, recognized quality, and maximum comfort.
Since our beginnings, Irudek has grown to become one of the largest manufacturers of fall protection equipment, lifelines, and other workplace safety solutions, establishing ourselves as leaders in the industry.
Currently, Irudek Group has two proprietary brands:
- Irudek: Specializing in fall protection and lifelines.
- Irudek Protection: Focused on sensory protection.
With a presence in more than 50 countries, we are expanding our international footprint with the vision of becoming a globally recognized brand.
The Irudek Group is made up of Irudek Spain (headquarters), Irudek Italy, Irudek India, and Irudek Brazil. We also have commercial offices in Portugal, Poland, Eastern Europe, the United Kingdom, Colombia, Mexico, Central America, DACH, and Singapore.

We hold ISO: 9001:2015 certification and ISO 14001:2015 certifications, which reflect both excellence in our management processes and our strong dedication to environmental sustainability. These certifications, issued by TÜV Süd Management Service S.L., validate the high standards in the design, manufacturing, and installation of our lifeline systems and personal protective equipment (PPE) for fall protection, ensuring trust and safety in every project.
Warranty and lifetime of our products
WARRANTY
Irudek products come with a 3-year warranty from the delivery date against any manufacturing defects.
PERIODIC INSPECTIONS
Height fall protection equipment must undergo periodic inspections at least every 12 months from the date of first use, by the manufacturer or a trained person authorized by the manufacturer, as per EN 365 Standard (Personal protective equipment against falls from a height: General requirements for instructions for use, maintenance, periodic examination, repair, marking and packaging). All equipment components should be carefully inspected to identify and assess defects, initiating necessary corrective actions strictly following manufacturer procedures. The mandatory annual inspection will determine when a product is no longer safe to use.
LIFESPAN
The useful life of Irudek’s height fall protection equipment is 12 years from the manufacturing date (2 years of storage and 10 years of use for textile equipment; unlimited for metallic equipment).
